Joseph Darby the younger and Thomas Darby guilty of the murder of John Walker, by beating him on the head with sticks, in the parish of Halesowen (?) on 13th April 1759.  Joseph Darby the elder feloniously, wilfully and of his malice aforethought was present aiding, abetting, assisting, helping, comforting and maintaining the others the felony and murder aforesaid in manner and form aforesaid to do and commit.
